Ground-up new construction and tear-down rebuilds on the Westside, in the hills and in the Valley, from lot review to certificate of occupancy.
How we deliver all of the above: one contract for design coordination, engineering, permits and construction, with pricing during design and one point of accountability.
We do not take remodels, renovations, repairs, handyman work, smoke or water restoration, prefab installation, or interior design without construction. Room additions are handled case by case and only alongside a larger project. If your home is standing and needs repair, a remodeling or restoration contractor is the right call; if it is coming down, being built from the ground up, or getting a second unit, we are.
