What to bring to the first conversation

  • Fire rebuild: the lot’s debris-removal status, your insurance scope of loss and declarations page, and the jurisdiction (City of Los Angeles, LA County or Pasadena). See our fire rebuild page.
  • ADU: the address, a photo of the backyard or garage, and what the unit is for (rental, family, office). We schedule a complimentary site visit.
  • Custom home: the lot address or listing, any survey or soils report you have, and the rough program (bedrooms, stories, budget range). See our custom home page.
